Nestled just off Junction 24 of the M4 Motorway, Tŷ Newport proved to be an unexpected yet delightful oasis during our unplanned stopover this Easter. Despite our late-night arrival, we were warmly greeted by a cheerful staff who made the check-in process seamless, setting a positive tone for our stay. The family room was a testament to modern luxury with thoughtful touches, including complimentary WiFi and a 49-inch Samsung Interactive HD TV that made winding down after our travels a treat. Breakfast on offer was indeed noteworthy, with a superb buffet showcasing local Welsh produce that impressed both myself and my daughter. Chef Reese was an absolute gem, going above and beyond to ensure we were well-informed about the free-range eggs, which were undoubtedly a highlight of our morning. The staff's enthusiastic demeanour and attention to detail created a convivial atmosphere that made dining a pleasure. Though we only sampled a fraction of the amenities available, it's hard not to rave about the hotel's inviting bar and the tantalizing Mediterranean offerings at CASA Kitchen & Bar-definitely earmarked for our next visit! For those who appreciate a blend of comfort and service, Tŷ Newport offers an exceptional stay, merging modern luxury with hospitality that feels refreshingly personal.
